Optimax® Thermally Conductive Epoxy Resins are high-performance adheisves used for potting and encapsulating applications.These adheisves been formulated to exhibit superior chemical and environmental resistant properties. Designed for applications where high thermal conductivity values are required in automotive potting and encapsulation. Grade options include room temperature or with heat cure.
Used for potting and encapsulating switches, connectors, plugs, electronic components, solar panel assemblies, motor ballast’s, automotive electronics, power tools, instruments etc.
